Parish Council Meetings
The Parish Council meets on the second Monday of each month in Caston Village Hall and begin at 7:30pm. Any changes to date or time will be noted in the previous month's minutes, and on the website. No meetings are held in August or December.
Agendas will be available on the website and on the 4 noticeboards within the Parishes 5 days prior to a meeting. Members of the public are welcome to attend Council Meetings, and there is always a public participation session where the public can raise any matter relevant to the Parish. Alternatively, Parishioners are welcome to raise any item with the Clerk atleast 7 days prior to the agenda being published.
Minutes of meetings initially appear in Draft, and are clearly indicated as such. Until they are approved at a subsequent Council Meeting they have no legal standing.
When approved Draft Minutes will be replaced by the approved and signed off versions. Meetings from 2024 onwards are shown here. Previous meeting agendas and minutes can be found in the Library.
